I've never written a review before, but am frustrated with our experience and wanted to share. Maybe the restaurant is not like this on a regular basis, but with this being our first time visit, I was not impressed.
In less than 5 min after getting our food, they quietly put our bill on the table and walked away...not even asking if everything was okay.
Very friendly staff, excellent service, good food reasonably priced. Great place!!!
Went with john. Everything was great. This was my 2nd time. John swears. It best around. Me to.
It took 57 minutes from the time our order was taken to the time they brought us our food. We asked about our order after waiting 45 min. We were told "it looks like they are plating it now," as they looked through the kitchen door window, not even going back in the kitchen to check. However, when the food was brought out, it was for a table that came into the restaurant After we placed our order.
I understand a lengthy wait if a restaurant is busy, but there were only 2 other tables with patrons, and some people sitting at the bar.
Had breakfast here with a friend recently. Good food, service, and good prices. The breakfast links are sourced from Schubert's Smokehouse in the same town. Reinhardt's is a small place; they'll treat you right.
The least they could have done was apologize for the wait, or even offered to credit our bill for the 3 lemonades.
Good friendly service. A ton of tasty food for a reasonable price. We came for breakfast and I had enough leftover for lunch. We will be back soon.
